Terms & Conditions

Home • Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the toollip.co website and the products, repair, diagnostic, and related services offered by Toollip (“Toollip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, submitting a quote request, or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are provided for convenience and are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Toollip following inspection of the relevant tool or equipment. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or reserve any product or service. Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to refuse or cancel any request. Final pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping or handling charges are confirmed before work proceeds or an order is fulfilled.

3. Repairs & Diagnostics

Repair and diagnostic services are authorized only after you approve the applicable estimate. You represent that you own the items submitted or are authorized to have them serviced. Diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed in advance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, data, accessories, or attachments not documented at intake. Items not collected within [Insert Number] days after completion and notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal as permitted by applicable law.

4. Products; New & Used Goods

We offer both new and used power tools and equipment. Used items are sold on an “as-is” basis except where a specific warranty is stated in writing or required by law. Images are for illustration; actual items may vary.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Any express warranty we offer is limited to its stated scope and duration. Except as expressly stated and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, products, and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Toollip disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, such warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Toollip or its owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Website, products, or Services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toollip's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Toollip for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Toollip and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content except as permitted; or submit false, misleading, or infringing information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Toollip name and mark, layouts, images, and software — are owned by or licensed to Toollip and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand names and logos (e.g., DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their display does not imply affiliation or endorsement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Content & Links

The Website may reference or link to third-party products, sites, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and provide such references without warranty.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction], and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Where permitted, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises.

12. Changes & Severability

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated Effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
